They were professional and friendly
I had the garage door fitted in January 2025 when my old door wouldn’t open fully. The guys came out and tried, unsuccessfully, to fix the old door. There was a slight delay in the delivery of the door; their suppliers let them down, but the engineers came to fit it about a week later. They were professional and friendly and did an excellent job. They took away all their rubbish and debris, including the old door, and gave me some advice on keeping the door maintained (oiling hinges, etc.). Overall, I was very pleased with the door and the service I received at a reasonable price.

There was no hard sell
My old garage door would neither open fully nor close. The salesman(Tony, I think) was pleasant and helpful. He talked me through the options and helped me with the choice. I thought the price was reasonable and there was no hard sell. Communication was good, and I knew exactly when they were coming. The fitter (Derek) is professional and friendly. The door looks smart and is easy to operate. Derek was helpful. They took the old door and fittings away, leaving the perfect job. I would definitely recommend this company.
