JRC Jordan Roofing CO Ltd specialises in energy-efficient metal roof replacements and complex roofing systems built to withstand severe weather.
One warehouse manager we interviewed praised the crew’s work during a major roof re-sheeting project. They appreciated how the team kept daily operations running smoothly throughout the job.
Beyond standard repairs, the company also provides formal quality monitoring to help maintain high workmanship standards.
However, they position themselves above the budget end of the market, so they may not suit property owners looking for the cheapest fix.
Additionally, their 10-year independent Quality Assurance National Warranties (QANW) coverage applies only to qualifying new installations. As a result, smaller repairs may not receive the same warranty protection.

They were very quick to respond
Jordan, Reece and their roofers were extremely helpful after Storm Isha damaged our roof. They were very quick to respond attending our home and assessed the damage. The quote was fair and they completed the repair ensuring our home was safe and dry. The roofers were professional and polite and kept us informed at all times.
I would recommend this Company to anyone needing a reliable roofing company.

The job has been done properly
We agreed on a replacement for the affected pitched roof, and a re-cladding of a dormer extension that had also been causing problems.
The work was carried out in late August and, apart from the first day, was mostly carried out by two guys.
So confident were they of their work that a large banner advertising JRC was attached to the scaffolding during the works.
It’s great now no longer worrying about water ingress every time it rains because I know the job has been done properly.

Address: Unit 3B/C, 95 Westburn Dr, Cambuslang
Contact: 07432741557 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Copper And Grey Roofing Ltd focuses on premium hard metal roofing systems, with expert installations in zinc and copper.
Their zinc roofs offer long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance, making them a durable choice for modern properties. Meanwhile, their traditional copper roofing methods add distinctive character and strong weather resistance.
Plus, the team manages the entire project, from initial planning to final structural details, so clients get support throughout.
However, they specialise exclusively in copper, zinc, and lead. Homeowners who want more affordable options, such as coated steel, will need to look elsewhere.
The team also doesn’t handle standard domestic roofing jobs involving slate or asphalt felt, so their services suit projects that call for premium metal finishes.

Highly recommended and would have no hesitation in using again
Cooper and Grey were brilliant . They gave clear advice and pricing prior to the job starting and when our project evolved they were able to accommodate our increased roof area. The fitter was a first class craftsman who took real pride in his work. Steve’s attention to detail really really gave us a finish beyond what we expected. Highly recommended and would have no hesitation in using again.

Really nice guys and genuine experts
These guys are the best. They clad our extension, as seen in the photos, and did a phenomenal job. They helped guide a few design elements and select the best materials for the job. Really good at keeping in touch leading up to coming on site and then their workman ship was fantastic. Really nice guys and genuine experts at what they do. Couldn’t recommend enough.

3. Bonner Roofing Ltd

Facility managers dreading the cost of a full roof replacement often look for ways to upgrade without starting from scratch. Bonner Roofing Ltd solves this by offering budget-conscious metal sheet overlays directly over existing industrial structures.
A colleague recently hired them to overlay a massive industrial roof, and the fast turnaround saved their company thousands in potential downtime.
They also feature an in-house fabrication setup. This lets them make custom trims and specialist roofline fittings for a tight seal.
However, their metal roofing setups cater almost entirely to commercial and industrial spaces. Homeowners wanting architectural standing-seam metal on their homes won’t find those options here.
To add, their economical metal overlay method requires the existing framing to pass strict safety checks first.
4. Elite Roofing Scotland Limited

Address: 52 Avondale Avenue, East Kilbride

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sudden storm damage or an active warehouse leak needs immediate attention to protect valuable stock. Fortunately, Elite Roofing Scotland Limited offers same-day emergency cover to help businesses deal with urgent roofing problems.
The team secures leaks quickly and provides an upfront, fixed-price quote, so you know the agreed cost before work begins.
They also offer a non-disruptive overcladding service, which adds a new insulated layer over existing roof sheets to improve thermal protection. This phased approach allows the crew to upgrade the roof while keeping the building operational.
However, businesses should pay close attention to the company’s contract terms. They limit liability to the contract value, meaning clients may not recover broader financial losses if a roof failure disrupts operations.
Additionally, written quotes expire after a set period, which can cause problems if internal budget approvals take too long.
5. The Metal Roof Company

Contractors working through a freezing Scottish winter can face costly delays when roofing materials aren’t suitable for cold weather.
The Metal Roof Company helps avoid this problem by supplying GreenCoat PLX, a durable standing seam material that can be installed in temperatures as low as -15°C without cracking.
They even back this sustainable steel with a warranty of up to 50 years, giving property owners added peace of mind against early corrosion.
Plus, their dedicated Glasgow office provides local support and next-day gutter dispatch.
Unfortunately, the company supplies the metal in raw, unformed coils rather than ready-made roof panels. Your roofing contractor will need specialised machinery to shape the panels on-site.
Property owners also can’t buy GreenCoat PLX directly, as all purchases must go through a trained installer.
