Cityscape Property is the sort of letting team I was glad to stick in front of my wealthy boss when he wanted “luxury” to mean style, modernisation, and convenience, and not just a pricey postcode.
Their own luxury-lets pitch leans hard into premium homes with a high standard of finish, plus proper support from viewing to move-in. They’re also properly Glasgow-fluent and are particularly strong in the west end, like Hyndland and Finnieston.
My boss appreciated that they could also happily work in Merchant City, Shawlands, and Bearsden, too. It matters to him because he prefers “city buzz” on Monday and “quiet, leafy, and parking” by Tuesday.
They offer flexible viewings and back them up with responsive maintenance and property management. That bit gives my boss that high-end tenancy feeling.
He also liked how they spelt out the tenancy setup, deposit scheme handling, compliance, and even stated that there are no fees charged to the tenants! However, I had to tell him that if he expects true last-minute viewings, he’ll still need to book and not turn up whenever he feels like it.
And for landlords, the model is full management (no tenant-find only), with a setup fee plus 11% plus VAT ongoing management. In short, not the cheapest route.

Our Da was selling our childhood home, so we wanted an agent who’d attract the right buyers, not just a pile of tyre-kickers with a mortgage in principle and big dreams. Yates Hellier has that premium, detail-obsessed vibe that suits well-presented homes and serious viewers.
They have extended viewing hours, seven days a week, so we weren’t limiting our buyer pool to folks who can only sneak out early afternoons on a weekday. They even told us that most of their viewings happen out of office hours, which is how you get more competition and better offers.
They don’t mess about with marketing, either. Their process is led by an in-house media creator, and it shows in how they push presentation. That kind of polish does half the arguing for us!
Their coverage feels strongest in the west end and city centre, with listings that are less random and more curated. Da proudly recommends them to those who want a clean sale with confident negotiation and slick communication skills.
That said, they don’t pitch themselves as an in-house solicitor setup, which means that conveyancing requires us to appoint our own solicitor.
