The Best Dermal Fillers in Glasgow for a Fresher, Rejuvenated Look

✔ Proper medical injector - Is the clinic doctor or nurse-led, with real medical aftercare, and the ability to manage vascular occlusion or other emergencies, and not just a beauty tech doing injections?

✔ HIS registration and clinical governance - Is there clear proof that they’re registered with HIS, with proper premises standards, infection control, and documented protocols?

✔ Face-to-face consultation before injecting - Is there a thorough in-person assessment (medical history, facial anatomy, goals, risks, consent, and realistic plan)? It’s a big red flag if they’ll inject off a quick DM or same-minute walk-in upsell!

✔ Verified premium products and traceability - Do they openly use reputable fillers like Juvederm, Teosyal, or Restylane, show batch expiry/details, and avoid suspiciously cheap, unverified imports?

Glasgow’s aesthetic scene has moved on from the overfilled era and into subtle, restorative work. The aim is to look fresher without looking different, be it for the lips, cheeks, jawline, or smoothing out nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

I started searching for dermal filler pros in Glasgow the way most people do: excited for a small refresh, but low-key scared of walking out overdone. I wasn’t looking for a cheap jab in a back room; I wanted an aesthetic clinic that genuinely specialises in fillers!

Because fillers are still a medical procedure, safety is non-negotiable. Here, reputable providers should be registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) and have doctor or nurse-led teams. Let’s take a closer look at some of the best ones.

How much do dermal fillers cost in Glasgow?

Dermal fillers in Glasgow usually cost £200 to £350 per 1 ml for standard areas like lips or cheeks, while lead doctor/director-led appointments often start at £400 to over £600.

More complex treatments like tear trough or non-surgical rhinoplasty sit higher at £350 to £500, and bigger profile balancing packages (3 ml and up) commonly range from £800 to £1,500.

We advise caution with deals under £150. They can signal unqualified injectors or unverified products.

I went looking at fillers because I wanted a softer, more defined lip shape, not a dramatic change that underlined I had work done. On the safety side, I wanted a proper medical clinic, and with a Healthcare Improvement Scotland registration.

Luckily, Essence Medical feels very doctor-led, with Dr Kieren Bong front and centre. It wasn’t a high-street, high-volume setup. That matters because if anything got complicated, I’d want a medically qualified injector who can manage it properly.

Their ethos leans towards facial balance and natural-looking contouring (stuff I like!). This means my lips were treated as part of my whole face rather than a standalone trend that will render them unidentifiable.

Key treatments span dermal fillers, plus other doctor-grade aesthetic options like wrinkle-relaxing injections and skin rejuvenation treatments. It suits people who want a long-term plan, not a one-off tweak.

I’d recommend this clinic for lip augmentation and subtle anti-ageing support, especially if you’d rather be guided toward proportion rather than be pushed toward volume. If you’re risk-aware, want premium standards, and prefer a careful, tailored approach, check this place out.

That said, it’s unlikely to be the most budget-friendly option if you’re strictly price-shopping. And if you want a big, fast transformation, their restraint-first style may feel too conservative.

Pros

  • Doctor-led injectables
  • Proper clinic-level oversight
  • Strong lip-specialist positioning

Cons

  • Not a budget option
  • Subtle-first style might feel too conservative

I look less tired and feel more confident

I can’t get over how fresh and how I look years younger after Botox and fillers with Dr Bong. He is a professional who gives an honest review of what is needed and listens to your concerns. He always makes me feel at ease. I had a terrible frown, totally gone with fillers. I look less tired and feel more confident about my appearance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Dr Bong to anyone. I consider him the best in Scotland.

He is very friendly and professional

I’ve been going to Dr Bong for a few years for Botox and fillers. The results are amazing, he is very friendly and professional. I was recently out of the country and had to go elsewhere, and the Botox was nowhere near as good would highly recommend going here.

My sister lost a lot of weight recently, but her cheeks went a bit hollow, so she looks a little tired and gaunt. She wanted cheek dermal fillers to put back some softness to her face and give her an overall fresher, rejuvenated look.

She found Luxe Aesthetic Clinic by Dr Q, and felt it was a sensible choice. It’s led by Dr Usman Qureshi and is a far cry from the usual aesthetic centre setup with non-medical injectors.

Safety-wise, they’re listed as registered with HIS, which is a big green flag when you’re comparing clinics properly. They also encourage face-to-face consultations before you commit—a huge thing now that guidance has tightened around in-person subscribing for cosmetic medicines.

Their approach is very balanced and contouring-led. Dr Q talked to my sister a lot about assessing structure, skin quality, and movement before placing the product, so her cheeks are lifted in a way that still looks like her own face.

They’re also quite strong on lips and general facial profiling for a broader refresh, although, of course, my sister recommends them for facial volume restoration (including rejuvenating gaunt cheeks).

Do note that it’s unlikely to be the most budget-friendly dermal filler option in Glasgow, because doctor-led work in a central clinic rarely competes with bargain deals.

Pros

  • Proper medical governance
  • HIS-registered provider
  • Cheek-friendly approach

Cons

  • Not a bargain clinic
  • Membership upsell risk

Customer Reviews

The results are always exactly what I ask for

I have been coming to her for a long time for lash extensions, brow lamination, and lip filler, and I have been happy every single time. She creates the most beautiful lashes, brows, and lip filler, and her attention to detail is amazing. She truly cares about her clients. I have always wanted a natural look, and she has always made sure not to overdo the lip filler, which I really appreciate. The results are always exactly what I ask for. I also booked an appointment for my mum for Botox, and the results are incredible. On top of being extremely talented, she is also very cheerful, warm, and easy to talk to. You don’t just enjoy the treatment, you also enjoy her lovely, welcoming company. I would 100% recommend her.

Top-notch service

Top-notch service, noticed I had received dodgy work and worked to get my lips healed before starting to get them to the size I wanted. As well, he’s a lovely fella who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

I have a vain, albeit budget-conscious, colleague who wanted dermal filler for her fine lines, but she refused to consider it without a free consult first. Avance Aesthetics stood out to her because they actively advertise free consultations and a tailored plan.

She liked that they show their work as subtle, skin-first enhancements and that they’re pretty transparent about the actual products used. She was shown post-cheek cases using Restylane ranges (Lyft and Contour), and also referenced Juvederm on their menu.

They’re not cheap, but my work pal finally relented, saying those brands are more reassuring than a mystery filler with a bargain price tag! Their approach to contouring reads as structure-led placement that supports the face first, so fine lines soften as a knock-on effect rather than getting directly overfilled.

It’s not a celebrity-doctor brand, either. The clinic leans more towards high efficiency, results, and aftercare, with a heavy emphasis on balance and facial harmony. They do fillers, anti-wrinkle, and skin boosters, plus they position themselves as a clinic and training academy.

My colleague recommends this clinic to anyone who wants a careful anti-ageing refresh with product traceability. However, if you prefer a fully organised, clinic-hosted portfolio with consistent lighting and angles, it’s best to ask them to see more structured cases during the consultation.

Pros

  • Free consultation option
  • Clinic plus heavy training academy environment
  • Convenient Central Glasgow location
  • Strong in anti-ageing procedures

Cons

  • Conditional out-of-hours accommodation
  • Online “folio” looks more studio-based and enhanced

I have a colleague who came out of a brutal breakup looking the worst for wear: bloodshot eyes, greyish complexion—the works. Her tear troughs were suddenly working overtime, and she wanted a filler to soften shadows without making her look puffy.

I accompanied her to Westerwood Health, which is a medical-style clinic with a mixed team (medics, dentists, and aesthetic nurses). She perked up upon seeing the dedicated under-eye menu that includes tear trough filler, plus their own Goheer Eye Fix option.

It offers a more systems-and-results energy and seems to lean towards treating per area rather than defaulting to one approach. They also keep product choice flexible, stocking major filler families like Juvederm, Restylane, Teosyal, and Belotero, so the plan can be tailored to the area rather than forcing one brand everywhere.

They make it easy for budgeting, too; pricing for tear troughs starts at around £350, and they do proper consultations before any work even starts. My pal now recommends this to those needing structural refresh work like tear troughs, mid-face support, and overall rejuvenation.

The downside? It’s not bargain-basement pricing, especially with established filler brands on the menu, so if you’re strictly budget hunting, their clinic-style standards could feel like overkill.

Pros

  • Under-eye specialist options
  • Clear, comparable pricing
  • Multi-disciplinary clinic setup
  • Choice of mainstream filler ranges

Cons

  • The multi-clinic ambience may feel intimidating
  • Not the cheapest

They have a great team

I’ve been to Riz several times; he’s very professional, but has a great sense of humour too. It doesn’t feel like you’re at a clinic. You can see from their social media that they have a great team.

She made me feel so comfortable

Louise was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and kept me updated on every step she was taking. I also went in not knowing completely what I wanted, and she talked me through all my options. Fab experience from start to finish.

5. Clinetix

I had to point my brother to Clinetix because he seemed to be in the throes of some imagined quarter-life crisis as he’s approaching his 30s. Suddenly, he wants dermal fillers the same way some men want a gym membership or a new car!

Good thing it’s a proper medical clinic group and not a girlie aesthetic setup, so it mollified his visit, somewhat. He was reassured with their HIS registration, and the fact that it’s run by Drs Simon and Emma Ravichandran, alongside a wider clinical team.

That doctor-led, systems-first vibe helped him settle into a drama-free, natural results journey. Their filler approach reads more like facial contouring and rebalancing, so it suits early anti-ageing tweaks as much as bigger rejuvenation plans.

For treatments, they’re set up for lips, face, and overall refreshers, with add-ons like Profhilo/Sunekos, threads, and energy-based skin tightening, should he want a more rounded plan than filler alone.

If you’re nervous about safety, like my kid brother, this place has a medical injector who can manage complications for your peace of mind. They also offer a 2-week virtual review for all injectables (great safety net for tweaks and settling checks!).

That said, it’s not especially cheap once you factor in director/clinical director pricing, and the higher-demand slots can feel less flexible than smaller boutique clinics.

Pros

  • HIS-registered Glasgow provider
  • 2-week virtual review included
  • Doctor-led pedigree and education/research culture

Cons

  • Director pricing climbs fast
  • There may be surcharges for certain products or volumes
