5 Best Advertising Agencies in Glasgow for Creative Impact

  • Performance-led creativity - We looked for agencies that make campaigns look sharp but still tie everything to ROAS, leads, conversions, and real business growth.
  • Strong short-form video skills - A good Glasgow agency should know how to produce TikTok, Reels, UGC-style ads, and scroll-stopping creatives without making the brand look like it’s trying too hard.
  • Ethical AI and privacy-ready strategy - We checked if they use AI to scale ad assets responsibly while staying on top of 2026 UK Privacy rules and first-party data planning.
  • Fast, flexible campaign optimisation - We favour agencies with strong 2025-2026 client proof, especially those that can show quicker Time-to-ROAS and adjust campaigns when the market shifts.

I went looking for a good advertising agency in Glasgow after realising that Gen Alpha can smell a forced campaign faster than they can adapt to AI tech. Pretty visuals alone won’t cut it anymore when the brief needs TikTok-speed creativity and CFO-friendly results.

A sharp creative agency in Glasgow doesn’t just sell big ideas with moodboards and mystery invoices. They’re blending performance-led branding, generative AI creative, first-party data, and live ROI dashboards.

That matters in a city that can talk shipyards, fintech, and space tech without changing its accent. That’s why I found the best Glasgow advertising agencies that make brands feel local, future-ready, and impossible to scroll past.

How much does an advertising agency in Glasgow charge?

An advertising agency in Glasgow typically charges from around £2,000 to £8,000 per month for ongoing campaign management, depending on the number of channels, ad spend, and reporting needs.

For one-off strategy work, a brand audit or identity project usually costs £5,000 to £15,000. Short-form video packages for TikTok, Reels, and UGC-style content can sit around £1,500 to £4,000 per month.

Some agencies also use a base fee plus 3 to 7% of tracked sales, which can suit businesses that want clearer performance accountability.

For senior strategy help, expect to pay £100 to £180 per hour.

I’d budget for at least a 3 to 6 month commitment for performance campaigns, since agencies usually need time for AI-learning, testing, and data stabilisation, before results become reliable.

1. Maguires Agency

maguires-agency

Address: The Social Hub, 15 Candleriggs

Contact: +441413326565

Business hours:

Monday to Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM

Friday, 9 AM–4 PM

Website

When my part-time startup gig needed a proper brand identity, Maguires Agency felt like the sort of branding and ad campaigns firm in Scotland that could help me out.

They’re an independent branding and creative agency with work spanning design, advertising, web, social, photography, video, and content. They immediately felt like the sort of firm that could tidy up the chaos without sanding off the personality.

I found their Candleriggs location handy for a city-centre-ish meeting. I also liked that they’ve worked with everyone from startups to SMES and bigger names, so they don’t appear to be allergic to growing businesses.

I’d recommend them to other startups and SMES that need branding with sharper visuals, social-ready assets, and a sensible strategy. They aren’t bargain-bin friendly, so I would treat their affordability as quote-based.

The only catch is that Maguires looks stronger on brand-building, design, and content than on loud, dashboard-heavy performance marketing.

If your brief is all ROAS dashboards, AI-scaled ad variants, and aggressive media buying, I’d ask directly how deep that side of their service goes.

Pros

  • Strong fit for startups and SMEs
  • Handy location for city-centre meetings
  • Offers a broad creative mix
  • Can scale with a growing business

Cons

  • May feel more brand/design-led than performance marketing-led
  • Not the best fit for those needing heavy ROAS dashboards and AI ad scaling

2. MadeBrave

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5.30 PM

Website

When a friend asked me about agencies that “get” Scottish heritage without making it look dusty, MadeBrave easily came to mind. Their case studies include Tunnock’s, Tomatin, Bank of Scotland, Edrington, Johnnie Walker, and William Grant & Sons.

So yes, it’s safe to say the tartan-and-tradition brief isn’t new territory for them. My pal likes that they frame themselves as a global brand and creative agency, not just a poster-and-tagline shop.

Their Glasgow Office is at The Social Hub on Candleriggs Square. It’s convenient enough for when she needs to attend meetings in the city centre.

She did say that the pricing is bespoke rather than an off-the-shelf bargain, so a personal consultation is required to determine how they sit, budget-wise. Nevertheless, she recommends them to heritage, food, drink, finance, and ambitious Scottish brands requiring identity with proper creative weight.

That said, MadeBrave feels premium and brand-led. Smaller firms may find it a bigger leap than a lean local studio.

Moreover, if your priority is pure performance ads, ROAS dashboards, and AI-scaled media buying, it’s a good idea to ask how they handle that before signing anything.

Pros

  • Strong Scottish heritage track record
  • Good fit for brands needing big creative repositioning
  • Experience with food, drink, finance, and premium consumer brands
  • Fairly central location

Cons

  • Suited to firms with bigger budgets than startups
  • May feel too high concept or polished for brands that need fast turnaround ads

A super-friendly, hard-working creative agency that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at MadeBrave, and I would encourage anyone looking for creative work to get in touch!

Lovely folks

My favourite Glasgow creative agency. Lovely folks.

3. The Munro Agency

the-munro-agency

Address: 60-64 Osborne St

Contact: +441412126354

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM

Website

When my marketing manager brother wanted clients to find him instead of chasing them like lost receipts, The Munro Agency made sense. They focus on lead generation, SEO, PPC, marketing automation, web design, and digital marketing.

They’re not much into vague brand awareness chat, but offer pitches that are practical. They turn websites into lead-generation machines and aim to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.

That suits marketing managers like my brother, who need better inbound enquiries, cleaner funnels, and campaigns tied to actual revenue.

He also finds their head office convenient for central brainstorming sessions. What he really likes, though, is that they offer a free marketing audit and 1-on-1 consultations for Glasgow businesses, which is useful before committing to a budget.

The downside is that pricing, promos, and package rates aren’t clearly available online or published upfront. However, I’d still recommend them to B2B firms, SMEs, and service businesses needing leads and automation.

Pros

  • Strong fit for inbound lead generation
  • Offers a free marketing audit
  • Covers SEO, PPC, automation, and web design
  • Handy location for brainstorming

Cons

  • Less suited for heritage-style brand storytelling
  • More ideal for businesses with an existing sales process in place

4. GRA

gra

Address: 2 Woodside Pl

Contact: +441412211825

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5.30 PM

Website

My bestie wanted her small business to show up properly on social media. GRA felt like the sensible pick for her, since it describes itself as a nimble, full-service marketing and communications agency that works across Scotland and the UK.

She appreciates how they don’t just do pretty posts for the sake of likes. Their services lean into website design, branding, social media, SEO, and digital advertising.

My friend finds this setup handy for her thriving yet little biz that needs visibility that actually leads somewhere. She now proudly recommends to other small business owners needing a flexible agency for social campaigns, brand polish, and digital presence.

According to her, there’s none of that huge, intimidating firm ambience when she met up with the team. The pricing reflects this kind of premium presence and performance, but she didn’t mind paying it.

The catch is that GRA may be better for practical growth and creative comms than big-budget performance media. If you need constant UGC video pods, theirs may not be the direction your business is looking for.

Pros

  • Good fit for businesses wanting social media with wider marketing support
  • Full-service mix of branding, web, SEO, digital ads, and comms
  • More nimble and approachable than larger ad agencies
  • Useful for businesses that need practical visibility

Cons

  • Not the cheapest
  • Not the strongest pick for large-scale media ad campaigns

Customer reviews

Professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in understanding our business

We had a great experience working with GRA on our website. Jemma, Jack, and Ben were all brilliant – professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in understanding our business and what we wanted to achieve. The final website looks fantastic, is easy to use, and represents our brand perfectly. Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward, and everything was delivered as promised.

Communications and general engagement were exemplary

Engaged GRA to assist with setting up Meta-related SM. Ben was the specialist I dealt with, and he was first-class. Took ownership of the problems I was experiencing. Communications and general engagement were exemplary, as you would expect from a Scot! Thanks, Ben. GRA a little pricy for their hourly rate, but maybe I’m just out of touch. Would do business with them again.

5. Floww Digital

floww-digital

Address: 11th Floor, Savoy Tower, 77 Renfrew St

Contact: +443301757080

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Website

I’ve gotten pretty curious about AI consultancy for work. I did my research, and Floww Digital didn’t sound like the usual pitch that claims robots will fix my marketing.

They’re a Glasgow-based HubSpot partner offering AI consultancy, HubSpot implementation, SEO, PPC, lead generation, email marketing, social media, and web design.

I find their revenue-first angle potentially useful. They do leads, sales, CRM, and automation before vanity metrics. That suits businesses wanting AI to clean up marketing systems (like the gallery I work for) and not just generate weird captions.

They’re located on Renfrew Street and offer a free marketing review. I like this; it comes in handy before I can commit to the kind of money I’m willing to spend.

I reckon Floww Digital is a good fit for SMEs, B2B firms, and teams already using or considering HubSpot who want AI, automation, and lead-gen tied together.

That said, they admittedly look stronger on inbound systems and CMR-led growth than heritage-style brand campaigns.

Pros

  • Strong fit for businesses exploring AI consultancy
  • HubSpot partner
  • Offers a free marketing review
  • Great central Glasgow location

Cons

  • May feel more systems-and revenue-focused than artsy campaign-led
  • Not the best fit for big creative repositioning
